Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of designers, photographers and their deliverable
- Spearhead and manage content strategy for small & large scale projects
- Design new ideas for branded advertising campaigns and marketing messages
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with the team, maintaining our brand identity to develop innovative initiatives
- Review and approve art and copy developed by the team
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates ideas into compelling visuals for our audience
- Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts
- Ability to analyse trends, look at new data and keep up with the times
- Self-management and ownership, this means managing yourself, your time and your priorities

- Generate sales among client accounts

Content Managers
Content managers need to understand not only how to create SEO-friendly content from the ground up, but how to organize, store, and manage it as well. They need to understand how it feeds into different subsets of the marketing plan. They also need to have a grasp on how to develop and share the huge variety of content that is out there.
SEO/SEM Specialists
Responsible for planning, implementing and managing overall SEO strategy, and cover a wide variety of duties such as web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planing, link building, and keyword strategy.
UX Designer
User Experience (UX) designers are responsible for the end-to-end development of websites and digital marketing applications. You need to have a deep technical background on understanding the website from a whole marketing experience, and to understand audiences as well as have an in-depth knowledge of the product or service a given client offers.
